Our staff come from Ireland and around the world, and have been trained in places like Ballymaloe, The Culinary Institute of America, Switzerland and Australia.
We source our food supplies locally, throughout Ireland and Internationally to provide you with an exclusive range of exciting quality produce. Our deli range includes Irish & International Cheeses, and a large selection of products including olives, sundried tomatoes & Italian meats. We have a constantly expanding range of Irish, European & Asian sauces, pastas, rice's, condiments, spices, mustards, relishes, jams and chutneys. We carry a carefully selected range of wines and are happy to provide advice for whatever occassion.
We are always extremely happy to provide cooking suggestions or give advice.
