Selection of Canapés and drinks on arrival

1st Course Selection - choose 1

Smoked Duck Salad, tossed mixed leaves, toasted almonds and light orange dressing
Plum tomato & goats cheese galette with tossed baby leaf salad
Antipasti Platter to share per table (Relaxing first course) served with baskets of homemade breads
Terrine de Campagne with fruity relish and toasted breads
Warm Salad with chorizo, roast red peppers, Sugarsnaps, asparagus & baby potatoes tossed in a light balsamic dressing

2nd Course Selection - choose 1

Fresh Poached Irish Salmon & Dill Terrine served with homemade brown bread
Baked Crab & Salmon Cakes with lemon hollandaise sauce and baby leaves
Classic Prawn Cocktail layered with avocado puree, tomato, asparagus and drizzled with Marie Rose brandy sauce
Irish Seafood Platter Selection served with homemade Brown Bread
Wicklow Seafood Chowder served with homemade Brown Bread

Main Course - choose 2

Pan Fried Medallions of Irish Beef, grilled flat mushrooms, glazed with Béarnaise sauce
Roast corn fed chicken, baby spinach, tarragon cream sauce
Organic Chicken Fillets with wild mushroom, bacon and brandy crème
Roast Cod filets with a chilli, lime & mango salsa topped with tiger prawns
Seared Salmon Filets roast red pepper & chervil hollandaise sauce
Roast Rump of Wicklow Lamb, fruity plum balsamic jus or fresh rosemary jus
Oven baked Monkfish with freshly sautéed basil ratatouille or wrapped in Parma Ham with a sunblushed tomato light crème
Roast Wicklow Game (in season) with fruity berry sauce (to be advised)
