

500g minced beef
1 handful of breadcrum bs
1 onion finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
3 tbls tomato paste
3 eggs whisked
Salt & black pepper
Optional ... Add Veggies
1 handful of shredded carrot
1 cup of peas
1 cup of sweetcorn
1. Preheat oven to 180c, Mix all of the ingredients together, reserve 1 tbls
of tomato paste.
2. Pop into a lined rectangular baking dish or loaf tin
3. Spread reserved paste on top of meatloaf.
4. Bake for 40 mins or until lightly browned on top.
5. Serve with new potatoes &salad.
8 Chicken legs
4 tbls of orange marmalade
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp of olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 180c.
2. Combine marmalade, chilli powder & olive oil ina container with a lid.
3. Add the chicken legs, pop the lid on and shake until really well coated.
4. Pop onto a lined baking tray, spoon on any remaining mix.
5. Bake for 30 mins ...
Serve with noodles, rice or stir fried veggies...
Serves 4
500g noodles
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbs honey
1 tbs sesame oil
1. Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions
2. Drain and set aside
3. Combine soy, honey & sesame oil
4. Heat a wok and pop the sauce to heat
5. Add the noodles and stir for 3 mins...
For a complete meal... add sweetcorn, peas, mushrooms or any veggies in your fridge....
Serves 4
12 strawberries
200g chocolate
300ml cream
1. Slice the strawberries and place in the bottom of four ramekin dishes.
2. Melt the chocolate stirring to combine.
3. Allow to cool for 5 mins
4. Beat the cream, fold into the melted chocolate
5. Spoon the mixture over the strawberries and serve immediately...
